7.1.4 Gegenstück zum Zusatzhalter, Träger (Teile- nummer 8U0_071_881+882), ebenfalls anlegen und alle Auflageflächen markieren (Auflageflächen des Trägers an der Schweller- außenseite) (Pic. A).
7.1.5 Alle Kontaktflächen kennzeichnen, an denen die PVC-Schutzschicht entfernt werden muss (Anlageflächen des Zusatzhalters an der Schwellerinnenseite und Abstützfläche oben). PCV-Schutzschicht an den markierten Stellen sauber entfernen, ohne die darunterliegende Blechoberfläche zu beschädigen (Pic. B). (empfohlenes Werkzeug: Messer, Stemmeisen)
7.1.4 Place the parallel part to the additional support, support (part number 8U0_071_881+882), as well and mark all placement surfaces. (Place- ment surfaces of the support on the outer side of the sill) (Pic. A).
7.1.5 Mark all contact areas, where the PVC protective layer has to be removed (placement points for the additional support on the inner side of the sill and support surface at the top). Remove the PVC protective layer at the marked spots so that they are clean, without damaging the metal sheet surface below (Pic. B).
(recommended tool: knife, chisel)
7.1.4 Placer également le renfort-contrepied du support supplémentaire (N° Pièce 8U0_071_881+882) et marquer les surfaces d'appui. (Surfaces d'appui du renfort sur la partie extérieure du bas de caisse) (Pic. A)
7.1.5 Identifier tous les points de contact, sur lesquels la couche de protection PVC doit être retirée (surface d'appui du support supplémentaire sur le côté intérieur du bas de caisse et surface de soutien). Retirer proprement la couche protectrice de PVC aux endroits marqués, sans endommager la surface métallique en-dessous. (Pic. B).
(Outil conseillé : couteau, ciseau à bois)

7.1.4 Applicare anche il contropezzo al supporto aggiuntivo, supporto (codice categorico 8U0_071_881+882), ed evidenziare tutte le superfici di appoggio. (Superfici di appoggio della trave sul lato esterno del sottoporta) (Pic. A).
7.1.5 Contrassegnare tutte le superfici di contatto dove si deve rimuovere lo strato protettivo
in PVC (superfici di appoggio del supporto aggiuntivo sul lato interno del sottoporta e superficie di sostegno in alto). Rimuovere com- pletamente lo strato protettivo in PVC dai punti evidenziati senza danneggiare la superficie in lamiera sottostante (Pic. B).

7.1.4 Приложите сопрягаемую деталь к до- полнительному держателю, балку (деталь No 8U0_071_881+882), и пометьте все поверхности соприкосновения. (Места соприкосновения балки с внешней стороной швеллера) (Pic. A).
7.1.5 Пометьте все контактные поверхности, с которых необходимо удалить защитный слой ПВХ (поверхность прилегания дополни- тельного держателя к внутренней стороне швеллера и упорная поверхность вверху). Начисто удалите защитный слой ПВХ в отмеченных местах, не повредив стальную поверхность под ним (Pic. B). (Рекомендуемый инструмент:
нож, стамеска).
7.1.4 Colocar también la pieza antagónica al
soporte adicional, soporte (número de pieza 8U0_071_881+882), y marcar todas las super- ficies de contacto. (Superficies de contacto del soporte en la cara externa del faldón lateral) (Pic. A).
7.1.5 Identificar todas las superficies de contacto
en las que debe extraerse la capa protectora de PVC (superficies de contacto del sopor-
te adicional en la cara interna del faldón lateral y superficie de apoyo superior). Extraer completamente la capa protectora de PVC en los puntos marcados sin dañar la superficie de chapa que está debajo (Pic. B). (Herramientas recomendadas: cuchillo, formón)

7.1.4 同样安放好辅助支架的配对件, 即托架
(零件号:8U0_071_881+882), 并标 记出所有的接触面(即托架与门 槛外侧的接触面) (Pic. A)。
7.1.5 标记出必须去掉 PVC 保护层的 所有接触面 (即辅助支架与门 槛内侧、上支撑面的接触面)。 将所标记位置上的PVC 保护层 清除干净, 以不损伤到涂层下的 钣金表面为宜(Pic. B) (建议工具:刀, 凿)。
7.1.4 Lägg även fram tillhörande detalj till extrafästet, bärare (Artikelnummer 8U0_071_881+882), och markera alla kontaktytor.

7.1.5 Markera alla kontaktytor där det skyddande PVC-skiktet måste avlägsnas (kontaktytor för ytterligare fästen på tröskelns insida och övre stödytan). Avlägsna det skyddande PCV-skiktet på de markerade ställena utan att skada den underliggande plåtytan. (Pic. B).
